4 hours after getting fitted with a portable heart monitor it’s time for the sensors to come off.
Annoyingly – it’s been just long enough from when they first started testing my ticker and had to shave my chest so the sensors would stick that the hairs had a chance to grow back. Yesterdays fitting meant one thing – they were going to shave the bits they shaved the last time.
Oh yes – and they’re bloody sore when you take them off.
